Harry Styles performs surprise new track during Saturday Night Live solo debut

The April 15 SNL episode will also serve as a historic moment for Saturday Night Live, as the show will broadcast simultaneously from coast to coast for the first time.

Last night's episode was the first time that SNL has aired live at the same time from coast to coast in the US.

Harry Styles not only performed two songs off his soon-to-hit solo album, but donned a wig and whipped out a Mick Jagger impression that was spot-on in multiple ways. He even poked some fun at himself for going solo! He called it "insane" why anyone would leave a successful band and go solo.

Continuing the banter, Harry was later asked what keeps him awake at night, and he replied: 'If I'm up at night it's because I've got a little company, you know, a little hanky panky!'.

Guess we will have to wait for SNL to see what the sketch is all about!

Harry is up against chart titan Ed Sheeran in the battle for the top spot, and the latest update revealed that there were just 8,000 sales between the pair.

Steve responded: "I love the Stones and I loved it when you went solo".

The chorus repeats, "Oh, tell me something I don't already know". "I'm really so happy to come home", Fallon said during his opening monologue.

Yep, it safe to say Harry Styles killed it on Saturday Night Live last night.

While serving as the musical guest on Saturday Night Live, pop singer Harry Styles of One Direction appeared as a much younger, yet equally energetic Mick Jagger in the sketch titled, "Celebrity Family Feud: Time Travel Edition". Harry's film debut in Dunkirk comes in July.
