Ezekiel Elliott Injures Head In 'Minor Car Accident'

Ezekiel Elliott just can't stop getting in car crashes

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Elliot was involved in a auto accident this past Sunday.

Elliott apparently hit his head in the "minor" incident, according to Rob Phillips of the Cowboys' official site.

Nick Eatman of the Cowboys' official website noted Elliott suffered a head injury in the accident.

The Dallas Cowboys surely must have cringed when they were informed of this because their star players are always getting injured whether it is on or off the field. Training camp begins with the first practice July 24. Still, the Cowboys are not taking any chances with the reigning NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year.

Dallas' offensive line paved the way for the former Ohio State standout, who carried the ball 322 times en route 1,631 yards and 15 touchdowns over 15 games.

"He's fine", running backs coach Gary Brown said.

Darren McFadden took most of the snaps in place of Elliot. The offense is the same, and the team will rely heavily on Elliot when the season comes around.
