Normani Kordei comes third in Dancing with the Stars final

ICYMI: David Ross Finishes DWTS In…

The pair stopped to talk to ET's Cameron Mathison after the show, where they opened up about it means to be crowded DWTS winners.

"There's so many different metaphors in [13 Reasons Why] of how a kid can get to that position and you don't even realize it - in a matter of a couple months how from home life, maybe no attention or don't feel comfortable to open up, every kid's been there", says Jennings.

"I feel fantastic!" Jennings told Entertainment Tonight after the victory.

After weeks of stunning competitive dancing, the final three couples advance to the finals of "Dancing with the Stars", live, MONDAY, MAY 22 (8:00-9:01 p.m. EDT), on the ABC Television Network.

With "Dancing with the Stars" now over, the 32-year-old Jennings plans to return to the NFL. This dance is a complete 180 from the last one, and is raw with emotion.

"I'm her biggest fan, you have no idea", Jennings said.

It's sweeter, it's more handsome", he told Entertainment Tonight, adding, "I think it's more special. I think any one of us would have been deserving.

While Rashad Jennings & Emma Slater danced on Viennese Waltz and David Ross & Lindsay Arnold also performed Viennese Waltz in the first part called "Redemption Style".

"[During the season] we would rehearse for hours and hours a day and now we don't", Slated explained.

You can catch the winners Wednesday morning on Good Morning America on ABC.

"At the beginning of this journey, signing up, I didn't know what I was getting into, and I knew I was going to learn how to dance".

In the moments after Season 24 of the ABC dance competition ended, National Football League running back Rashad Jennings said he was shocked to win; retired World Series champ David Ross said he was shocked to make the finals, let alone finish as runner-up; and the studio audience was shocked - and quite upset, as evident from some hooting - that Fifth Harmony's Normani Kordei didn't finish higher than third.
