Bill Cosby's Accuser Takes The Stand In Sexual Assault Trial

Bill Cosby arrives for his sexual assault trial at the Montgomery County Courthouse in Norristown Pa. Monday

Constand testified that in 2004, Cosby had invited her over to his home for dinner, and after it was over, offered her a pill, which he claimed was an herbal supplement to help her relax.

Constand said she was "frozen" and unable to move her hands or legs as a result of taking the pills, report the Washington Post, the Los Angeles Times, ABC News and the Wilmington News Journal.

Mr Miller said he was surprised when Ms Johnson mentioned Mr Cosby in her worker's compensation deposition, and she she told him Mr Cosby "had taken out his penis ... and wanted her to fondle him, and she didn't want to do that".

The 79-year-old Cosby is charged with drugging and violating Constand at his suburban Philadelphia home in 2004.

Bill Cosby's lawyers tried to undermine the account of the woman who accused him of sexually assaulting her in 2004, questioning apparent inconsistencies in her statements to police and suggesting she was after money, during proceedings on Wednesday.

Constand said she continued to have contact with Cosby because she felt she had to discuss Temple as part of her job.

"Afterward, Constand said, 'I felt really humiliated and I felt really confused'".

Before Tuesday's testimony, Ms Constand had been barred from sharing her story in public due to a confidential settlement she reached with Mr Cosby in 2006. (Cosby was on his alma mater's Board of Trustees, and Constand described him in court as "a mentor.") In 2005, Constand filed a civil lawsuit against Cosby over the assault - after a failed first criminal investigation - and settled.

More than 50 women have said that Cosby assaulted them, but the statute of limitations has run out in almost all cases.

Actor Bill Cosby arrives for his trial on sexual assault charges at the Montgomery County Courthouse on June 6, 2017, in Norristown, Pennsylvania. She testified she had responded that she did not. "And I believed he supported numerous athletic programs".

Kelly Johnson, an alleged victim of Bill Cosby testified at the actor's trial for sexual assault on Monday.

Constand is expected to take the stand again on Wednesday. "I felt Mr. Cosby's hand groping my breasts under my shirt". But she said he kept their next conversation short.

The massage therapist said she later confronted Cosby, who evaded her questions. The defense has argued the two had a romantic relationship, that Constand wasn't incapacitated and that the sexual encounter was consensual. She also said Cosby was mentoring her for a career in sports broadcast.

"You knew Cosby was a married man, right?" she asked. She says she made it clear she didn't welcome the behavior.

Meanwhile, actress Lili Bernard, who is known for her appearance in The Cosby Show, spoke to the reporters after the court adjourned for the day.

She returned the next evening and asked what the pills had been but did not get an answer.

And what Constand called "suggestive" contact when she said Cosby on one occasion touched her thigh and on another tried to unbutton her trousers, she called "sexual" contact in her statement to the police, Agrusa pointed out.
