Ohio man charged in 2 killings is charged in 3 more slayings

Police: Mother, adult daughters found dead at Ohio home

OH police say a suspect in the deaths of a mother and her two adult daughters may also have been involved in a separate double homicide nearby. The couple was shot, but an official cause of death has yet to be determined.

North Royalton police and the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation are investigating.

As reported by ABC News, Detective Dave Loeding confirmed Suzanne had visible stab wounds.

New York, California and nine other states are suing the Trump administration over its failure to finalize energy-use limits for portable air conditioners and other products.

Following the arrest of North Royalton triple homicide and Lake Township double homicide suspect on Tuesday, the Pifer family released the following statement.

The Stark County Sheriff's Office said it has secured arrest warrants for Brinkman for two counts of murder for the Johns' deaths.

George Brinkman, who had been house-sitting for the couple, was the only person who had access to Rogell and Roberta's home.

Brinkman had dated the John's daughter and also worked for Rogell John.

Police in North Royalton wouldn't say what kind of relationship, if any, the suspect had with the slain mother and daughters. Rogell didn't show up to work at the family's business on Monday. When he noticed that the doorknob leading into their bedroom was broken, and the dog barking, he knew there was something wrong.

Brinkman, 45, was charged with three counts of aggravated murder, three counts of kidnapping and one count of tampering with evidence in their deaths, North Royalton police said on Wednesday.

After an overnight standoff with Brunswick Police, Brinkman was taken into custody Tuesday morning. The couple was found dead on Monday, police said.

Brunswick Police Lt Robert Safran says a stun gun was used to subdue the man, who had a handgun. He was threatening to kill himself and was drinking whiskey while he was barricaded inside.

Although an unidentified woman was reportedly inside the house with the suspect, she also escaped the home without injury. The police said that Brinkman was drinking whiskey while the standoff was occurring, and threatened to shoot himself. Brinkman has not yet been charged in connection with the slayings of the three women from North Royalton.
