Another Dallas Cowboys player is in hot legal water, as linebacker Damien Wilson was arrested over the Fourth of July for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in Frisco, Texas.

According to Lynnanne Nguyen of FOX 4 Dallas, Wilson was released from jail after posting a $20,000 bond payment ($10,000 for each charge faced).

Wilson was arrested near Toyota Stadium in suburban Frisco.

The Cowboys have not yet commented on the situation.

Wilson might best be known for an incident past year, in which he was shot in the eye with a paintball gun.

With Minnesota, Wilson had 197 tackles combined in his junior and senior seasons in 2013 and 2014.

Wilson, 24, has played the last two seasons with the Cowboys after they drafted him in the fourth round in 2015, but has started in just five games.

The Cowboys have had DL David Irving suspended four games for a PED violation and CB Nolan Carroll was arrested for DUI earlier this offseason.

The 24-year-old MS native played a limited role across his first two National Football League seasons.
