Sean Spicer Grumbles The Melissa McCarthy 'SNL' Parody Of Him Was "Mean"

Scaramucci supported Trump's candidacy and was part of his transition team

Plenty of people, though, did enjoy McCarthy's impersonation, which is probably why she kept returning to the show. "Sometimes it goes from amusing to mean", Spicer told Sean Hannity Friday night.

"I think there are a couple parts of it that were amusing", Spicer told Fox News' Sean Hannity on Friday.

At the moment, Spicer's resignation is getting so much attention that Reuters has a freaky live camera feed outside his adorable home in Alexandria. It wasn't amusing. It was stupid, or silly, or malicious.

In a different interview with Fox News, Spicer deemed McCarthy's portrayal as "cute". Whether the show will have time to pull off one final skit remains to be seen - the curious tale of Spicer reportedly stealing a mini fridge from his staffers after initially being told he couldn't have it would undoubtedly make for a good sketch. According to a POLITICO report, Spicer had recently been in better spirits after going weeks without holding a press conference and working to lower his public profile.

But in the end, McCarthy's version of Spicer could have hurt the Washington D.C. veteran's standing with the president.

Spicer said some late night jokes about him were amusing, but didn't indicate what made him laugh.

As noted by the New York Daily News, Reince Priebus, the White House Chief of Staff, was also on Fox News Friday and spoke about "Saturday Night Live".

"CNN spokesperson says that the network will not seek to hire Sean Spicer as a contributor, unlike other past Trump officials, ' Perlberg announced on Twitter". "But sometimes it goes from amusing to mean". "I think "Saturday Night Live" is so far over the top that perhaps, you know, they should give equal time to another opinion".
