How to Setup Face ID on iPhone X

YouTuber says Apple engineer father fired for her viral iPhone video

Apple has reportedly fired one of its employees after his daughter's hands-on video of the iPhone X went viral on YouTube.

"I have no idea how my video got so much attention considering how many other iPhone X videos there are out there from other YouTubers", she added.

Just like many Vloggers these days, Brooke Amelia Peterson posted 300 seconds long video which comprises of shopping for makeup and clothes in the silicon valley. And possible internal codenames of device prototypes were visible on iPhone X's screen in Anderson's video, according to a report by The Verge.

In a subsequent video published Sunday, Peterson said she removed the video at Apple's request.

Peterson said her father doesn't hold a grudge against Apple and she will still buy Apple products. In it, she says that her father - who worked on wireless technologies for the iPhone for around four years - broke Apple's rules and had been dismissed as a result, and pleaded with people not to attack the engineer.

iPhone X unboxing and packaging showed in leaked images: As you may have heard, Apple iPhone X pre-orders have started being shipped from today instead of the 3rd November release date. This comes following reports that Apple was planning to go with glass and plastic hybrid lens for iPhones in 2018. The video gives us what is maybe our best take a gander at the iPhone X's peculiar Animoji highlight.

Brooke also said that the incident did not leave them sour with Apple and said that they will continue to love and use the Apple products in the future.

After posting a video showing some early hands-on time with iPhone X, YouTube channel Booredatwork also shared a quick tutorial on how to setup Face ID.

The iPhone X is due to go on sale in the United Kingdom on Friday, and is the first iPhone to remove the Home button, and feature facial recognition software, known as Face ID.
