Hannibal Buress had to be physically pushed into a police car when he was arrested after a heated confrontation with cops

Miami police say they arrested Buress, 34, at 10:30pm on misdemeanor disorderly intoxication charges in the Wynwood neighborhood, the Miami Herald reports.

According to police records obtained by The Miami Herald, Buress was booked into a Miami-Dade jail at 1:57 a.m. and posted bail around 6 a.m.

The officers tell Buress he is suspected of trespassing, but no trespassing charges were filed according to the Daily Mail. Eventually, an officer forces Buress into the vehicle. Buress was charged with disorderly intoxication, according to the Miami New Times. "I know you're goofy as f*ck right now". "I'm not getting in your vehicle".

The arrest report for Buress wasn't available Sunday and it's unclear what led to his arrest. "For what?" Buress yells.

He gained prominence in 2014 for his routine on Bill Cosby's sexual assault accusations, which put those allegations into the national spotlight.

In addition to his appearances on stage, the comedian has starred as an actor in "Neighbors", "Baywatch" and "Spider-Man: Homecoming".
