Rapper Nelly accused of sexual assault by two more women

Nelly-tipdrill

The woman who accused Nelly of raping her has gone to court and asked a judge to order him not to do to other women what she says he did to her.

Jane Doe 1, who said in the filing the rapper knew she was married, then claims he "placed his hand on her leg, rubbed it and put his hand up her dress". The complaint said that on two occasions, one in June 2016 and another in December 2017, the rapper invited the women to private after-parties and assaulted them.

After the alleged attack, she said was thrown off the bus by a member of Nelly's entourage. The second woman claims Nelly masturbated in front of her in a dressing room after a show in December 2017 and forcibly grabbed her head in an attempt to demand oral sex.

According to the complaint, Nelly clenched his fist, and Doe 2 asked him whether he planned to hit her.

The documents then said Nelly asked if the woman had "a boo" to which she flashed her wedding ring, despite claiming he had already known her marital status.

"Nelly closed the door, stood in front of it, and dropped his pants", the complaint reads according to The Grio. Then, the woman objected and moved away but he masturbated in front of her once more, saying he wanted "to come in your mouth and all over you". The rapper allegedly pulled his trousers down, began masturbating in front of her and then told her, "You want this dick, don't you". Accusations that Nelly's current wifey pushed back against this past Thursday (Jan. 25). Once he thought he had her in position, Defendant Nelly released her shoulder. At that point she was finally able to get out of his reach and flee the room.

The criminal case against the rapper was ultimately dismissed when Greene refused to cooperate with prosecutors.

Greene first made her accusations against Nelly in October of 2017, and the rapper was arrested shortly thereafter. Greene attributed the decision to public scrutiny.

Well it's official. After we heard rumors last month that Nelly was going to countersue the woman who falsely accused him of rape, the St. Louis rapper did just that on Friday in Seattle.
