Nick Gordon reportedly arrested on domestic violence charges once again

Nick Gordon the man Whitney Houston's family say contributed to Bobbi Kristina Brown's death was been arrested in Florida for domestic violence on Saturday

"Entertainment Tonight", which reported that the arrest had occurred in Seminole, Florida, which is in Pinellas County, said that according to the police report, Gordon's girlfriend, Laura Leal, said she was driving Gordon home from a bar when he struck her repeatedly on the right side of her cheek and pulled her hair.

Gordon is the one who found Houston's daughter and his then-girlfriend, Bobbi Kristina, unresponsive and face down in a bathtub three years ago after a night of partying and arguing. The alleged altercation is being listed as a domestic violence case and he posted $500 bond, but he still has not been released.

Gordon was found responsible in a wrongful death lawsuit. In June, he also allegedly beat her up and locked her in his home, refusing to let her leave his house.

According to the arresting officer on Saturday, Leal had a visible injury, including a slightly swollen bottom lip with dried blood.

Gordon told police, "I didn't hit her".

He claimed she attacked him for no reason and that she is "crazy".

The Orlando Sentinel reports the Seminole County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to calls about a possible domestic disturbance around 1 a.m. Saturday.

The domestic battery and kidnapping charges were dropped in August after Leal became uncooperative. Leal subsequently refused to press charges against Gordon and refused to complete or sign any domestic violence paperwork.

While the circumstances of this latest incident are unknown at this time, it's hardly the first incident of domestic violence involving the 27 year old.

Just last month, Bobby Brown told Rolling Stone he felt justice for his daughter had not yet been served - and would only be once Gordon was rotting away in jail.
