Eleven passengers were able to pass through security at JFK airport Monday morning without being screened, according to the Port Authority. Three of those passengers set off the detector's alarm and continued to their gate. The exoplanets, meaning planets outside our solar system, circle the star TRAPPIST-1, which lies just 39 light-years from Earth.
