A small number of GP practices in Greater Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Dumfries and Galloway and Forth Valley were also hit by the ransomware virus, but as yet no hospitals north of the border have reported issues. At least four sharks had been spotted near the Peninsula oceanfront late Wednesday. Shortly after, the department tweeted that the advisory would be in affect for the next 24 hours. German Chancellor Angela Merkel has said that she does not believe Germany is "first in line" to send more troops to Afghanistan, as North Atlantic Treaty Organisation considers a proposal to boost forces there. Between 2001 and 2014, it had deployed up to 1,500 soldiers for combat missions in the conflict-torn country. Jennifer White took this cell phone video of her daughters, up close to the kangaroo. "I'm just glad I was there", Jennifer said. The details from this law as well as plaques reading "I bite" are posted on a sign at the entrance of the park and on the animal's fence, respectively, but White says this is not enough to keep visitors from danger.
