Asserting that there was no legal bar on states to have a separate flag, Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Tuesday said the state government would consider if the panel set up to design it so favoured. "The polls are scheduled only for May next year", Siddaramaiah said. "It has nothing to do with the elections", he said. " I knew we had to do something ". People who COULDNT even swim was part of that human chain .
