He said he heard an unknown number of prisoners have taken control of a building wing, possibly the prison's C building that houses medium and high security prisoners. Vaughn Correctional Center in Smyrna, which is about 12 miles north of Dover. A hostage situation is ongoing at a Delaware prison today, according to a Delaware Department of Corrections official. Also new to Frontier's Cleveland route list: Charlotte, Houston and Minneapolis/St. Paul - three cities now served from Hopkins by other airlines, but all with relatively high fares that should drop as soon as Frontier service begins. Cincinnati-to-San Diego service starts May 21 on the same weekly schedule. Beginning in June, the airline will offer eight daily flights - five to Chicago Midway and three to Baltimore-Washington.
