However, the incumbent Congress president is unwell and it's time she passed on the leadership baton. "Sonia Gandhi is our leader and mentor". Last month's rate is well below the state's October 2016 rate of 6.1 percent. Since 1990, the highest unemployment rate on the Big Island was recorded in June 1994 at 11.4 percent. Honolulu City and County saw its rate decrease from 2.3 percent in September to 1.8 percent last month. Government employment, at 772,600, increased by 3,300 positions. (more...)

For those few minutes, visitors to Trump's account were simply met with the message, "Sorry, that page doesn't exist!" Up to 34,000 polluting vehicles every month could be liable for the T-Charge, which affects those that do not meet the Euro 4 standards for both PM and NOx emissions. The plans have come under criticism from conservative members of the London assembly and the federation of small businesses. Since 1st January 2017 these polluting vehicles have made around 2.6 million trips within the zone, contributing to London's toxic air. (more...)
