On the same day, a USA guided-missile submarine docked in South Korea. The threat follows a similar one by North Korea on Australia. "The latest fire drill is seen as part of North Korea's wrap-up of a months-long winter training program", said Kim Dong-yub, a professor at the Institute for Far Eastern Studies in Kyungnam University. The 50-year-old Cummins also took off with two handguns, clothes and a $4,500 loan. Colon-Ortiz was charged early Saturday with aggravated assault, aggravated assault and battery and assault with intent to rape. Detectives recovered a DNA sample from the scene that ultimately led them to Mr. Cordero-Ortiz, the district attorney said.
